Overview

Instructions:
1. Remove the battery insulation rod and charge the lithium battery. The green light is on, and the charging time is about 3 hours. After the battery is fully charged, the host is turned on and the main switch is turned on. At this time, the buzzer will sound a beep. Indicates that the machine is powered.
2. Rotate and remove the round cover of the fixed cable tray in the middle of the fuselage, and then load the customized wire disc of our company into the set position.
3, take out a tray of wire and pull straight 10 cm, insert into the rectangular entrance hole of the fuselage, forward it to the bottom, install the cable tray, and rotate the dome to tight (if the wire is not straightened, It is easy to cause the wire, the wire can not enter the specified track).
4, boot, use the remote control to pull out the cable to test, the wire is sent out according to the specified track, to ensure the successful installation of the cable.
Warning: When the machine is working, the hand cannot touch the wire walkway to prevent personal injury.
5. Remove the properly insulated rod and the battery insulation rod for docking.
6. Lift the fuselage and choose the appropriate route for construction.
7. Put all the cables that need to be bundled into the binding groove.
8. The construction personnel press the remote control switch, and the attached machine automatically spins, hinges and cuts.
9. Press the second time after the operation, do not operate continuously several times, so as to avoid the two wires being wound together.
10. If you don't work for a long time, you will hear the continuous hum of the machine. Please restart the power and the machine will resume working.
11. Tie the aisle slider adjustment, first loosen the two screws with the tool, then adjust to the appropriate position (as shown below)
The direction of the needle gradually reduces the diameter of the circle formed by the filament, and vice versa.

Repair and maintenance
1. Ensure that the wire outlet is clean and free of foreign matter.

3. Replace the loss parts (outlet pressure plate, wire cutter, etc.) in a timely manner.
4. During the use of the machine, the cover should be opened frequently to clean the motor and the end of the wire of the gear box to extend the service life of the machine.

Warranty content
This product has been warrantyed for six months from the date of purchase, and the battery warranty is three months. The charger, wire cutter and outlet plate are not covered by the warranty. Damage to the strapping machine due to man-made or natural disasters is not covered by the warranty.

Safe use of the code:
1. Please read the instructions carefully when using this product.

5. The battery is strictly prohibited from being exposed to open flames, hot objects or directly exposed to rainy weather.
6. When charging, do not place in a humid or high temperature environment, and require charging with the specified charger.
7. The strapping machine should be stored in a place that children cannot touch to avoid injury.
8. When the strapping machine is working, the hand is forbidden to enter the part of the aisle walkway.
9. If you find that the battery is expanding, stop using it immediately and replace the battery.
10. When the strapping machine is idle for a long time, please unplug the battery.

The charger LED is not lit and cannot be charged. The charger is faulty. Replace the charger.

special attention items:
1. Use the last one meter of the wire disc. Be sure to pull the remaining wire together along the plastic wire disc. Do not use it directly or cut the wire. Otherwise, the machine channel will be blocked by the wire and it will not work. If the wire cannot be retracted, first check if the scissor head is tight. If the card is tightened with a diagonal pliers, the torsion shaft can be rotated several times to exit smoothly.
2. It may be normal to have a tightly wounded situation. In addition, the new battery has no power or insufficient power, and there is also a problem that the wire is not tight. Replace the fully charged battery and it will be eliminated. Please feel free to use it.
